As a Senior Designer at Ripjar, I led the evolution of the company’s brand identity, overseeing end-to-end design initiatives and ensuring consistent, strategic branding across all platforms. I spearheaded a complete rebrand to align with Ripjar’s long-term vision and support its growth, and redesigned the company’s website, resulting in improved user engagement and increased average session duration.

As Digital Lead Designer at Minut, I shaped and evolved the brand’s visual identity while ensuring consistency across all channels. I designed a wide range of digital and print assets—including landing pages, campaigns, packaging, and display ads—always with alignment to business goals. Beyond design, I led a remote team of creatives: setting goals, overseeing output, driving performance, and mentoring designers in process, best practice, and ideation to raise the overall standard of work.

At Microsoft, I designed, researched, and executed engaging editorial experiences across various platforms, including interactive media, website and print. My role at the Microsoft Campus in Reading involved collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver impactful content experiences. I was extensively engaged in producing event materials and assets for Microsoft's conferences and internal events. Additionally, I managed web content through a CMS and produced video digital assets for multiple platforms.

I served as a mid-level Designer in the marketing department, providing visual content (both offline and online) to all local stores in Malaysia. My responsibilities mainly included graphic design, creative branding, liaising with printers and media, and assisting in the development of their social media platforms. Two years later, I was promoted to Senior Graphic Designer.
